Q. Can I return a part?

Of course. We'll issue a refund, minus a restocking fee and shipping costs, if you return the part within 30 days of delivery. Any part not returned within 30 days of delivery may be exchanged for store credit only.

Q. Can I exchange a part?

Of course. If you prefer an exchange in lieu of a refund, please contact us, and we’ll start the exchange process for you.

Q. How do I return or exchange a part?

First, ensure that the part is:

  • Unused (that means not having been installed or modified in any way)
  • In its original saleable packaging
  • Packed with all the original documentation, instructions, warranties, and hardware
  • Packed with the original invoice and/or packaging slip

If your part meets all of our requirements, take the following steps:

  1. Contact us for a return authorization number
  2. Ship the part back to us within five calendar days of receiving the return authorization number

It’s important to get a return authorization number before shipping it back to us because unauthorized returns will be refused and/or become the property of CorSport.

Q. What if you sent me the wrong part?

If CorSport or the manufacturer accidentally sent you the wrong part, we’ll apologize, send you a free shipping label so you can ship it back to us, and then send you the right part ASAP.

Q. What if I ordered the wrong part?

You're welcome to return it to us as long as it's unused and still in its original packaging. We highly recommend contacting us prior to finalizing your order with any questions about fitment to ensure that you’re ordering the correct part for your vehicle.

Q. How long do I have to return or exchange a part?

You have 30 days after delivery to contact us for a return authorization number. After you’re issued one, you have five calendar days to ship the part back to us. Any returns made outside the 30-day time frame may be exchanged for store credit only.

Q. Can I return or exchange a part for any reason?

Yes, as long as the part meets all of the requirements listed above.

Q. Are there certain parts I can’t return?

Yes. We can’t issue returns for any reason whatsoever on any:

  • Special order parts (including backordered parts)
  • Truck freighted parts
  • Seats
  • Turbos and superchargers
  • Installed or modified parts

Q. Do I have to pay any restocking fees?

Yes. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Q. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Q. How long will it take to receive my refund?

Depending on your bank, it can take up to 14 days to receive your refund.

Q. How long do returns take to process?

We’ll process your return within 10 days of receiving it.

Q. What if the part is defective or damaged?

You can return the part to us for a full refund. Make sure you report the damages to the shipping carrier.

Q. What if my return never arrives? Do I still get a refund?

No. That’s why we highly recommend purchasing insurance for your return shipment.

Q. What if I need to make a warranty claim and return a part?

CorSport gives no warranties, but all parts sold by CorSport are subject to the manufacturers’ warranties and conditions. So if you need to make a warranty claim, please contact the manufacturer to start the process.
