2003-2008 Nissan 350Z Megan Racing Adj. Rear Lower Arms
Megan racing adjustable rear lower control arm replace the stock aluminum spring perch and replaces it with a powder coated steel arm with adjustable arm length and pillow ball ends to remove any inconsistencies within the suspension. This lower arm will only work when utilized with an aftermarket coil-over system that removes the OEM spring perch. The powder coating and steel construction also increase the durability and resistance to any wear during competition, weather, or other rough driving conditions.
These rear lower arms help you determine your car’s roll center, anti-squat, and can also affect your camber. The angle from the front to the rear of the control arm will determine anti-squat. The flatter your control arm is, the more squat you will get. The angle from side to side is what will help determine roll center.
Specifications:
Requires the use of an aftermarket coil-over damper kit which removes the OEM spring perch.
Typically when the chassis is lowered, and camber is reduced, toe in adjustment becomes limited and will remain limited unless these rear lower arms are changed as well (MRS-NS-0321), instead of only replacing the camber arms (MRS-NS-0310) and the rear radius arms (MRS-NS-0370). This requires a true-coilover setup to replace the spring-bucket which is the limitation. Some toe adjustment may be done without the Adjustable Rear Lower Arms if the eccentric bolt is retained on the spring bucket arm, however that has its caveats with the retention of the eccentric bolts instead of replacing them with lockout bolts.
