Full Race DCCDPro Electronic Wastegate Controller EWG-CONTROLLER

The Full-Race EWG-Pro electronic internal wastegate controller by DCCDpro is a dedicated Electronic Internal Wastegate controller for use with Full-Race eIWG Actuators used on Garrett G series and BorgWarner EFR turbochargers.

Accepting a traditional PWM (Pulse Width Modulated) input, this is a high-current capable H-bridge DC motor driver that can be utilized on a multitude of factory and standalone ECU's.  We recommend the MHI FK8 actuator, which is included with the plug and pigtail in our universal hardware kits - but the controller can be wired to any of the popular actuators - Raptor/F150, BMW S55, Toyota Supra B58 and more.

DCCDpro's controller provides for auto-calibration of electronic internal wastegates via a full sweep and includes safety features using the sensor inputs.  It is pre-configured to be fully closed at 95% WGDC and fully open at 5% WGDC (we do not recommend going below 5% or above 95% duty) 

If your ECU is programmable and you have complete control over a PWM output usually used for a boost control solenoid, then you can use this system.  It will however require custom calibration as there are less dynamic forces with an electronic system so the map will look very different to a pneumatic actuator.
