BBK F150 shorty headers are made from 1-5/8" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges.

The large diameter primary tube design creates unrestricted airflow for major horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.
