Brand new genuine OEM part comes from the Honda 06+ Civic Si.

A great upgrade to any K20 or k24 powered car, adds about 10-20whp of top end power, you will need kpro or other a/f management to tune the engine and extract the power. You may to have to modify the manifold and/or your car to get this to fit (depends on exact application), but its well worth the work. We are pushing 340-380whp out of a turbod stock bottom end k20a3 with this manifold and the karcepts throttle body adapter plate.
