Megan Racing radiator hoses replace the factory rubber coolant hoses for your vehicle. The stock rubber coolant hoses attempt to expand to accommodate for the increased temperature and pressure that you see in competition or harder driving. This increase in heat and pressure can cause the stock rubber hoses to burst. These Megan Racing radiator hoses are made from silicone, which has a much higher tensile strength than rubber. This silicone will prevent the hoses from expanding which will also stop your coolant from creating air-bubbles which can reduce the efficiency of coolant flow throughout your power plant. These Megan Racing silicone radiator hoses were design with the rigors of competition and hard driving in mind, and are much more resistant to temperature and higher pressure than the OEM hoses. 

This simple yet effective upgrade is most important for those systems which attempt to gain the most horsepower out of their cars. This is because as you improve the horsepower of your vehicle, you also increase the heat that your engine is pushing out, which will cause the OEM hoses to expand even further, increasing the risk of them bursting.
